  • What are your fees and payment policies?

  • What are my rights as a client (or guardian of a client)?
    At Gem City Behavioral Solutions, clients have the right to: Respectful and ethical treatment Privacy and confidentiality of their personal information Involvement in care decisions and treatment planning Clients are responsible for: Active participation in their treatment Adherence to agreed-upon treatment plans Complete details are available in our Client Rights document, which can be requested from our office or accessed online.
  • What if I have a complaint or grievance?

  • Do you have emergency policies and procedures in place?
